Noise and hypertension among isfahan workers  L

Introduction: Noise and vibration is an unavoidable by-product of mining activity often inducing considerable stress on the workforce and can interfere with human activities such as sleep, speech, and hearing and that it can cause stress related diseases such as hypertension. Chronic exposure to noise in the workplace have showed noise-induced hearing loss, and increased blood pressure. Sometimes Workers occupationally exposed to noise complain about nervousness, sleeplessness and fatigue. Excessive noise exposure also can reduce job performance and may cause high rates of absenteeism. 
Objective:  To determine the effects of noise exposure on workers Blood pressure.

Materials and Methods:  In this cross-sectional study noise exposure measured by SEL 440 sound level meter with the method of ISO 1996. Blood pressure measured during clinical trial in the standard condition among cases (80) and controls (50). Data analyzed by t test and Pearson correlation with the significant at the 0.01 level. 

Results:  The results have shown all of them were man and mean of workers age was 26.6.Mean of noise level was 95.21(±2.56) dBA with min 90 and max 107 dB (A).Our finding showed systolic blood pressure 45% in normal range and 6.2 % hypertensive and 48.8 between them. Diastolic blood pressure was 28.8 in normal range and 50.1 % hypertensive and 21.1 between them. There was difference in mean systolic blood pressure between workers in two groups (p less than 0.01). Pearson correlation analysis revealed that in the noisier section, there was a significant correlation between noise and Systolic blood pressure  but not in diastolic pressure (p less than 0.05) 

Conclusion: The prolonged exposure to industrial noise contributes to high blood pressure which, in turn, can cause heart disease or stroke. This finding was consistent with previously reported findings. Thus, occupational health professionals must take control measure to prevent the adverse health effects of noise and pay attention to increase of Workers blood pressure and cure victims. The laborers must be encouraged to cooperate in blood pressure control programs.

Introduction & Objectives: 
ILO published statistics show that 120 million result of work accidents to arise annually, that it means 42 accident per 1000 worker .On the average 8/3 death per 100000 worker estimated, that is result of work accidents. Therefore , considering and analyzing of accidents causes , systematic gather and publish of accidents statistics for cognition of accidental risk factors and high risk works and needed change and adjustment in work place according to new technology for diminish of accidents are essential .

Material & Method: 

Method of this study is descriptive – analytic  and to be accomplished with use of accidents statistic and report forms related to 5  years (between 80- 84 ) that was existed in factory .
and composing of parameters such as total numbers of workers , and statistical  relations that is reached valuable results in frame work of safety engineering .

Results: 

Accidents relation with Year , Seasons  of  year  ,  Month of year ,  Days of week , Shift work ,  Time of work  , works age ,  Workers antecedent ,  Injured limb ,  Accident happened place ,  Injured workers education ,  Kind of accident ,  Cause of accident are showed in separate charts and with use of Frequency  Rate (FR) , Incidence  Rate (IR) and  Severity Rate  (SR) numbers of accidents and useful work hours. Our findings show that straight and logical relation existed between result of work accidents and above mentioned items.

Conclusion: 

Immunity is one of the important controversy in different industries that to observe different aspects of it ,will be obtained suitable work place during the work and there after for workers physically and emotionally .Therefore , with enough education for workers , attention to immunity directions and work health , avoiding quickness of work for maximum efficiency with out attention to immunity factors , use of advanced machinery , proper use of suitable personality protection equipments . We will be could take effective steps to diminish statistics of result of work accident.

Introduction:
	
Analysis of accidents is undeniable of security science and its correct design and appropriate  performance would be provided in base of protective applications about probable accidents in future . According  WHO  report , 3.5  Million  people in the world to die from accidents , annually and result of this accidents damages estimated about 500 Million $ .USA  published statistic  in 1991 show that about 177.2 Million $ and 35 Million  loss daily action are damages  that  imposed  because of  accidents which are result of work .

Objectives: 

objective of this study is cognition of risk factors with provide of statistical data to consider of Psychological , Emotional , Individual damages and to estimate  of  economical damages that following it needed information in design of risk factors elimination methods are provided .

Material & Methods:

Method of this study is descriptive – analytical and to be accomplished with use of accidents statistic and report forms related to years 77-79 that was existed in Iran tire factory  . 

Results:
Accidents relation  with year , seasons of year , months of year , days of week , shift  work , hours work , workers age , worker s antecedent , injured limb , accident happened place , injured worker s education , kind of accident , cause of accident are showed with 13 separate chart and with use of Frequency Rate (FR) and Incidence Rate (IR) , useful hours of work . Finding show that straight and logical relation existed between result of work accidents and above mentioned items  F.R  ,IR and accidents prevalence estimated that lowest rang of accident related to year 77 and highest rang of accident related to year 79 . 

Conclusion:
equipment , economical ,  psychological and life treating  of work damage are very  heavy and irreparable because lack of executive managers enough control , lack of enough education to staff, wear and tear of machinery , lack of attention to safety and work health directions and ergonomics issues and not use of appropriate personality protection equipments . 
Therefore, attention to human and organizational issues with due attention to behavioral specifications of individuals that influenced by social, cultural and economical factors have important role in prevention of industries accidents such as tire industrial.
